Herzbot

herzbot — это средство програмного обеспечения (Далее «ПО»), разрабатываемое одним независимым разработчиком («мы», «нас», «я»). Получая ключ, скачивая или используя herzbot («Софт», «ПО»), вы подтверждаете, что вам не меньше 18 лет, и соглашаетесь с этими Условиями. Если вы не согласны — не используйте данное ПО.

1. Что такое herzbot

herzbot предоставляется для личного использования и для ознакомления с возможностями при покупке, и для ознокомления при тестовом использовании. Разработчик не предлагает взлом, крекинг, вредоносное ПО или какие-либо услуги по проникновению в чужие системы, аккаунты или данные и не продаём доступ к чужой собственности.

2. Лицензии и ключи

Ключ даёт вам персональное, неисключительное, непередаваемое право использовать herzbot в течение срока, указанного при покупке (например, 30 дней). Для активации лицензия привязывается к ID вашего оборудования (HWID). Ключ — это только доступ; он не передаёт право собственности на Софт или интеллектуальную собственность.

• Ключи привязаны к вашей покупке и предназначены для личного использования.
• Передача, перепродажа или распространение ключей или файлов herzbot запрещены.
• Разработчик оставляет за собой право отозвать ключ, в случае нарушений любого из правил данного соглашения.

3. Ваша ответственность

Вы сами решаете, как использовать herzbot, и несёте за это единоличную ответственность. Если использование данного ПО нарушает правила игрового проекта, то ответственность за это несете только вы.

4. Обновления и доступность

herzbot активно развивается и может менятся с каждым обновлением. В случае если herzbot перестает работать, то разработчик гарантирует что примет все меры для восстановления его работы, но не гарантирует 100% бесперебойную работу софта.

5. Отказ от гарантий и ограничение ответственности

Софт предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. В максимально допустимой законом мере мы не несём ответственности за то, что вы делаете с herzbot, и за то, что в результате происходит с вашими аккаунтами — включая блокировки, баны, потерю предметов, валюты или прогресса и любой иной ущерб. Вы используете Софт исключительно на свой риск.

6. Изменения и применимое право

Мы можем время от времени обновлять эти Условия; продолжая пользоваться Софтом, вы принимаете действующую версию. Эти Условия регулируются применимым правом страны проживания разработчика, не затрагивая обязательные потребительские права.

herzbot is a software product (the “Software”) developed by a single independent developer (“we”, “us”, “I”). By obtaining a key, downloading or using herzbot (the “Software”), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Software.

1. What herzbot is

herzbot is provided for personal use: to explore its capabilities after purchase and during trial use. The developer does not offer hacking, cracking, malware or any services for breaking into other people's systems, accounts or data, and does not sell access to other people's property.

2. Licenses and keys

A key gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use herzbot for the period stated at purchase (e.g. 30 days). On activation the license is bound to your hardware ID (HWID). A key is access only; it does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property.

• Keys are tied to your purchase and intended for personal use.
• Transferring, reselling or distributing keys or herzbot files is prohibited.
• The developer reserves the right to revoke a key if any rule of this agreement is violated.

3. Your responsibility

You decide how to use herzbot and bear sole responsibility for it. If using this Software violates the rules of a game project, you alone are responsible for that.

4. Updates and availability

herzbot is actively developed and may change with every update. If herzbot stops working, the developer undertakes to take all measures to restore it, but does not guarantee 100% uninterrupted operation of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is”, without any warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for what you do with herzbot or for what happens to your accounts as a result — including suspensions, bans, loss of items, currency or progress, and any other damage. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; by continuing to use the Software you accept the current version. These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the developer's country of residence, without affecting mandatory consumer rights.

Al obtener una clave, descargar o usar herzbot (el «Software»), confirmas que tienes al menos 18 años y aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses este Software.

herzbot se ofrece para uso personal: para conocer sus funciones tras la compra y durante el uso de prueba. El desarrollador no ofrece hacking, cracking, malware ni ningún servicio para acceder a sistemas, cuentas o datos ajenos, y no vende acceso a la propiedad de terceros.

2. Licencias y claves

Una clave te otorga un derecho personal, no exclusivo e intransferible a usar herzbot durante el plazo indicado en la compra (por ejemplo, 30 días). Al activarla, la licencia se vincula al ID de tu hardware (HWID). La clave es solo un acceso: no transfiere la propiedad del Software ni ninguna propiedad intelectual.

• Las claves están vinculadas a tu compra y son para uso personal.
• Está prohibido transferir, revender o distribuir claves o archivos de herzbot.
• El desarrollador se reserva el derecho de revocar una clave si se incumple cualquiera de las reglas de este acuerdo.

3. Tu responsabilidad

Tú decides cómo usar herzbot y asumes la responsabilidad exclusiva de ello. Si el uso de este Software infringe las reglas de un proyecto de juego, la responsabilidad es solo tuya.

4. Actualizaciones y disponibilidad

herzbot está en desarrollo activo y puede cambiar con cada actualización. Si herzbot deja de funcionar, el desarrollador se compromete a tomar todas las medidas para restablecerlo, pero no garantiza un funcionamiento 100 % ininterrumpido del Software.

5. Exención de garantías y limitación de responsabilidad

El Software se proporciona «tal cual», sin ninguna garantía. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, no somos responsables de lo que hagas con herzbot ni de lo que ocurra con tus cuentas como resultado, incluidos bloqueos, baneos, pérdida de objetos, moneda o progreso y cualquier otro daño. 6. Cambios y ley aplicable

• Third-party games and platforms have their own rules, and using automation or modification software may violate them. You are solely responsible for compliance and for any consequences, including account bans or losses.
• We are not responsible for how you choose to use the Software or for what happens to your accounts.
• herzbot is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any game, publisher or platform mentioned on this site.
• All product and company names are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.

herzbot собирает только технические данные необходимые для работы и развития Софта.

Какие данные собираются

• Детали заказа и лицензии, нужные для выдачи и проверки ключа.
• ID вашего оборудования (HWID) — используется только для привязки и проверки лицензии.
• Контактные данные, которыми вы делитесь (например, Discord, Telegram или email), когда обращаетесь за поддержкой.
• Данные о том какую версию herzbot вы используете и на каком сервере.
• Данные о нике вашего персонажа, не используется но отправляются на сервер для того что бы показывать его вам в уведомлениях.
• При нажатии на кнопку "Сообщить об ошибке" на сервер отправляются технические данные, логи бота, все ваши настройки бота (за исключением логина и пароля), а так-же информация о системе, такая как номер билда Windows

С вашего ПК не собирается ничего сверх описанного здесь.

herzbot collects only the technical data required for the Software to work and improve.

What data is collected

• Order and license details needed to issue and verify a key.
• Your hardware ID (HWID), used only to bind and verify the license.
• Contact details you share (e.g. Discord, Telegram or email) when you contact support.
• Which herzbot version you use and on which server.
• Your character's name: it is not used for anything else, but is sent to the server so it can be shown to you in notifications.
• When you press "Report a bug", technical data is sent to the server: bot logs, all your bot settings (except login and password), and system information such as the Windows build number.

Nothing beyond what is described here is collected from your PC.

herzbot solo recopila los datos técnicos necesarios para el funcionamiento y el desarrollo del Software.

Qué datos se recopilan

• Datos del pedido y de la licencia necesarios para emitir y verificar la clave.
• El ID de tu hardware (HWID), usado solo para vincular y verificar la licencia.
• Los datos de contacto que compartas (por ejemplo, Discord, Telegram o email) al pedir soporte.
• Qué versión de herzbot usas y en qué servidor.
• El nombre de tu personaje: no se usa para nada más, pero se envía al servidor para mostrártelo en las notificaciones.
• Al pulsar «Reportar un error», se envían al servidor datos técnicos: los registros del bot, todos tus ajustes del bot (excepto usuario y contraseña) e información del sistema, como el número de compilación de Windows.

No se recopila de tu PC nada más allá de lo descrito aquí.

• Если ПО не работает на вашей конфигурации и мы не можем решить это за разумное время — свяжитесь с нами.
• Вы можете сообщить об ошибке написав разработчику в Telegram или нажав кнопку "Сообщить об ошибке" в интерфейсе herzbot.
• В случае блокировки вашего аккаунта игровым сервером, средства не возвращаются.

Ключи — разовые покупки и не продлеваются автоматически, поэтому отменять нечего: ключ просто истекает в конце срока.

If you are unable to set up herzbot or it does not start for you, you can request a refund.

• If the Software does not work on your configuration and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, contact us.
• You can report a bug by messaging the developer on Telegram or by pressing "Report a bug" in the herzbot interface.
• If your account is banned by a game server, no refund is given.

Keys are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: the key simply expires at the end of its term.

Si no consigues configurar herzbot o no se inicia en tu equipo, puedes solicitar un reembolso.

• Si el Software no funciona en tu configuración y no podemos solucionarlo en un plazo razonable, contáctanos.
• Puedes informar de un error escribiendo al desarrollador por Telegram o pulsando «Reportar un error» en la interfaz de herzbot.
• Si un servidor de juego bloquea tu cuenta, no se devuelve el dinero.

Las claves son compras únicas y no se renuevan automáticamente, así que no hay nada que cancelar: la clave simplemente caduca al final de su plazo.
